Thomas J. Mullans, ESQ, Of Counsel

Mr. Mullans is a graduate of the Indianapolis School of Law, Indiana University and received his law degree in 1974. He also has a degree in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Indiana. He has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1974. Mr. Mullans’ practice includes contracts, commercial and real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estate planning and probate. Mr. Mullans has a special emphasis on representation of Special Districts created under the laws of the State of Colorado.

Douglas D. Piersel, ESQ

Mr. Piersel is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, receiving his law degree in 1974. Mr Piersel has extensive experience as a trial attorney and has been actively engaged in litigation cases since 1974. Mr. Piersel’s practice includes commercial and real estate transactions, contracts, corporate representation, landlord and tenant law and representation of charitable organizations. Mr. Piersel’s practice also has a special emphasis on employment law including issues arising under the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal and state employment laws.
